Early Season Races…

Greetings all,
I hope the new year is off to a great start! One way to keep the motivation after the 1st day of January, when it’s all to easy to slip back into the Holiday coma, is to have an early race planned.
On Sunday, January 17th, 2010, Ryan and Jennifer Heeter are driving to Tempe, AZ, where they will participate in the Arizona Rock ‘N Roll Half Marathon! Ryan and Jennifer have made tremendous strides in their fitness and athletic prowess since I’ve had the pleasure of coaching them. And all of this while juggling a family, jobs, and a whole house full of dogs (right Jen!)
So use this time of year to get your goals dialed in, and then set out on that course!
Remember, every day you have a chance to be great, get go it!!
