Ultimate Coaching Plan
The ultimate coaching option provides one on one personal training, 3 personal training sessions each week (can be a swim, bike, run or 3 bike-your option), FIST bike re-fit, accompanying the athlete to purchase the right equipment, equipment maintenance, nutrition planning based on your training load, and fully customized training plan for your next event. I will do everything but the race for you!
- Cost: set up fee is waived, 3 month minimum commitment, $1000/month
Premium Coaching Plan
The premium coaching option provides education, communication and a quality individualized training plan for the athlete who desires a considerable amount of athlete-coach interaction. Weekly phone consults, pre and post race phone consults and unlimited email interaction provides you with the most comprehensive and individualized training plan possible. We will have the opportunity to discuss each workouts objectives and results and plan for the following week accordingly. Availability is limited.
Premium Plan includes:
- Initial phone consultation, followed by a detailed questionnaire
- Individualized day to day training program with periodized swim, bike and run workouts
- Ongoing program evaluation and adjustments
- Pre and Post race counseling
- Weekly scheduled phone consults and unlimited email interaction
- Comprehensive online program and training log
- Race and training nutrition counseling
- Equipment overview and recommendations
- Mental preparation counseling
- Periodized strength training program C
- Cost: $90 set up, 4 month minimum commitment
- $395/month – 10% discount for 6 month prepaid plan
High Performance Plan
This plan is designed for athletes who want a comprehensive, highly individualized training plan, but do not require the daily feedback offered with the premium coaching plan.
High Performance Plan includes:
- Initial phone consultation, followed by a detailed questionnaire
- Individualized training program with day to day periodized swim, bike and run workouts
- Comprehensive online program and training log
- Bi Monthly scheduled phone consults and program review
- Race and training nutrition counseling
- Equipment overview and recommendations
- Mental preparation counseling
- Periodized strength training program
- Cost: $90 set up fee, 4 month minimum commitment
- $300/month – 10% discount for 6 months paid upfront
Basic Plan
This program is designed for the seasoned athlete who wants a detailed individualized training plan designed by a top Professional triathlete and Exercise Physiologist, but does not require a great deal of athlete-coach interaction.
Basic Plan includes:
- Initial phone consultation, followed by a detailed questionnaire
- Individualized day to day training program with periodized swim, bike and run workouts
- Comprehensive online program and training log
- Periodized strength training program
- Bi-montlhly email and program review and one phone call per month
- Cost: $90 set up fee, 4 month commitment – $200/month
